Crofty

Crofty is a three-bedroom converted barn for five in a rural setting near Germoe, a small village on the south-facing slope of the Penwith hills above Mount's Bay. One super-king-size, one king-size and one single bedroom share two bathrooms. The barn forms part of a group of four properties retaining original features, and the single bedroom suits a child or an adult travelling alone.

A patio garden has far-reaching views and a barbecue. Wi-Fi, parking and EV charging are provided, and one dog is accepted. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Walks begin from the doorstep.

Praa Sands is 1.7 miles away, a long south-facing sandy beach and one of the better swimming spots in this part of Cornwall, suitable for beginner surfers too. Prussia Cove is 2.2 miles away, followed by Piskies Cove at 2.5 miles. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are about 5 miles east, and Porthleven is roughly 5 miles south-east along the coast. **Best for:** A family wanting three separate bedrooms, walks from the door and EV charging.

**Less good for:** Guests needing more than one bathroom, step-free accommodation or a beach within walking distance.
