Eagle's Nest

Eagle's Nest is a two-storey house on the Whalesborough Resort and Spa site, near the village of Marhamchurch, which is 2.5 miles from Bude. Downstairs is one open-plan room holding the kitchen, dining table and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, with underfloor heating under it all.

The house has three bedrooms. The king-size has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The other two are a super-king-size and a twin, and the house also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A separate cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the layout. The house sleeps six.

The kitchen has a double electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine, plus a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a Smart TV and WiFi. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

The fenced garden comes with furniture and a barbecue area. One car has designated parking near the house, and further spaces are in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are available for an additional fee. The resort site also has indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sauna, a gym and a restaurant. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with a nightly charge for each. The house is non-smoking.

It suits families or two couples who want three separate sleeping rooms, and it is ideal for a group with a dog or two. The two-storey layout makes it less good for anyone who needs to avoid stairs.
