Gwari Spa Barn 3.0

Gwari Spa Barn 3.0 is a cladded, two-storey barn on Whalesborough Resort and Spa, close to Marhamchurch. Bude is 2.5 miles from the village. The enclosed garden is the main draw: it holds a hot tub, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Inside, the interior is split-level and heated by central heating. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and it comes with a Smart TV, a Sonos speaker system, a soundbar and a USB connection. WiFi is included.

Three bedrooms are upstairs: two king-size rooms, each with its own Smart TV, and a twin. One bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, and the other has a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Six guests is the limit.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a wine chiller, plus a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A cot and highchair are available on request. Linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent.

Parking is designated near the barn, with more in the on-site car park, where EV chargers are available for an additional fee. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, charged per pet for each night. Smoking is not allowed. The barn suits two couples or a family who want a hot tub, and it is ideal for a dog-owning group. It is less good for anyone who cannot manage stairs, since the bedrooms are on the upper floor.
