Elvan Duplex, Hidden St Ives

Elvan Duplex is an apartment spread over two floors within the Hidden development in St Ives, and it sleeps four. The living area is open-plan, combining kitchen, dining area and sitting area with underfloor heating and a smart TV, and it leads out to a terrace with outdoor furniture and a hot tub, with St Ives Bay in view.

The bedrooms are a king-size with its own TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, and a room with adult bunk beds. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Because the second room is bunks, this suits friends or a couple with another pair better than a family with young children; the two-level layout also makes it less good for anyone who finds stairs difficult.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, with a dishwasher and washing machine. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are available on request before you travel. Guests may also use The Hidden Lounge, a shared space with a communal hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and foot spa.

A chauffeur service runs free within two miles from 7am to 9pm once you are checked in. E-bike hire carries an additional charge, and other extras go through the concierge team. A refundable bond is payable on site. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, smoking is not allowed, and parking is off-road. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.6 miles and the beach 0.3 miles.
