Far Cliffs is a first-floor apartment in Carbis Bay, set within The Sands development on Porthrepta Road. The property sleeps four and sits less than half a mile from Carbis Bay Beach, a Blue Flag sandy cove with seasonal lifeguard cover and calm water for swimming.

Two bedrooms share the apartment - a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower and Smart TV, and a double also with a Smart TV. A family bathroom has a bath with shower over. The open-plan living space connects kitchen, dining area, and sitting room, with a balcony accessed from the main room. Underfloor heating and gas central heating keep the apartment warm in cooler months. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer.

A balcony with furniture provides an outdoor seating area, and residents share access to a front lawn. Parking is included. Porthkidney Beach, a wide dune-backed strand in the Hayle Estuary, is 1 mile away along the coast path.

Carbis Bay is one stop on the St Ives Bay branch line from St Erth, and St Ives itself is a 25-minute walk along the coast path or a single train stop further. The village has a post office, cafes, and shops on the main road. The South West Coast Path runs through the village in both directions - west towards Lelant and east into St Ives.
