Fishbones Cottage is a two-bedroom base for four in central St Ives, with a king-size room and a twin sharing one bathroom. It sits close enough to the harbour that walking is the easiest way to reach the town's beaches, galleries and restaurants. The lounge has a sofa, a window seat and a Smart TV, and the kitchen and diner is fully equipped. The bedrooms are upstairs, along with the family bathroom.

An enclosed garden with a barbecue gives the cottage its own outdoor space, unusual for a property this central. Wi-Fi, parking and a washing machine are included. Dogs are not accepted.

Location does most of the selling here. St Ives Harbour Beach is 200 metres away, Porthminster Beach 300 metres and Porthmeor Beach 400 metres, putting three different beaches within five minutes on foot. St Ives itself has around 11,000 residents, the Tate St Ives gallery on Porthmeor, and a run of independent shops and restaurants that artists have worked among since the 1880s. Parking is a genuine advantage in a town where street spaces are scarce.
