Flat 2 Chy Rosewarne

Flat 2 Chy Rosewarne is a one-bedroom apartment for four in a heritage building just off Quay Street in St Ives. Harbour views are visible from both the double bedroom and the open-plan lounge. Two additional guests sleep on single pull-down beds concealed in lounge cabinets, so the apartment can flex between a couple's stay and a small family or group booking.

The combined kitchen and living area seats four. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and the lounge has a Smart TV. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, as is parking. Dogs are not accepted. The apartment has a single bathroom, shared by up to four guests, so it suits a family or a group of friends who are happy to share.

Porthgwidden Beach is 200m away, while St Ives Harbour Beach is 300m away. Porthmeor Beach follows at 400m. Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden and the harbourfront's seafood restaurants are also described as being within easy walking distance. The St Ives guide provides more detail on the town and its beaches.

**Best for:** a couple or small family wanting central St Ives, harbour views, nearby beaches and included parking. **Less good for:** four guests who want separate private bedrooms, or travellers requiring accessible accommodation.
