Lanivet sits at a central Cornwall crossroads, putting both coasts within reasonable driving distance. The Eden Project is roughly 5 miles southeast. Lanhydrock, the National Trust Victorian country house, is about 3 miles east. The Camel Trail cycling route can be picked up at Bodmin, and the A30 is accessible within minutes.
