Gallery Hot Tub stands close to St Ives, and the terrace is the place to start: it is furnished, gives an elevated vantage point and has a private hot tub. Indoors, an open-plan room joins the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, warmed by underfloor heating.

Two bedrooms each have a TV. One holds a king-size bed with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; the other has twin beds that can be configured as a super-king-size on request. The separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Cooking is covered by an oven, hob and microwave, and the kitchen also has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The Hidden Lounge in the development is open to guests, with a communal hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and foot spa. Chauffeur and concierge services are on offer, and e-bikes can be hired at an additional charge. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included, and a travel cot and highchair can be arranged in advance.

Off-road parking comes with the apartment. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, smoking is not permitted, and the pub is 0.6 miles away. Christmas and New Year week needs a minimum of three nights. It is ideal for couples or friends who like an evening soak, and best for a party of four or fewer, with an en-suite for the king-size room and a separate bathroom with a bath.
