Grand Bay Suite, Hidden St Ives

Grand Bay Suite is a first-floor apartment in St Ives, with a furnished terrace that looks over St Ives Bay. Inside, the kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room with underfloor heating. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi.

There are two bedrooms, both with a TV. The king-size has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC; the twin beds zip and link, and can be made up as a super-king-size on request. A separate bathroom has a bath and a shower over it. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent.

The Hidden Lounge, part of the same development, is open to guests and has a communal hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and foot spa. Extra services are arranged directly with the concierge, e-bikes can be hired for an additional charge, and a free chauffeur runs guests around a two-mile radius between 7am and 9pm once checked in.

The shop is 0.2 miles away, the beach 0.3 miles and the nearest pub 0.6 miles. Parking is off-road, two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is no smoking. The apartment can be reached by lift. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged in advance. A three-night minimum stay applies over Christmas and New Year week. It suits two couples or a small family, and is ideal for dog owners who want a bay view.
