The coastal path runs from the property, Rock is 3 miles for sailing, and the ferry from there crosses to Padstow (4 miles on foot and ferry, or 16 miles by road).

The first-floor bedroom has a super-king zip-and-link bed, sea views and storage, alongside a utility room and a family bathroom with a shower over bath, separate WC and a cloakroom. The top-floor living area has huge windows and a balcony framing Atlantic views, with a Smart TV and table football. A flight of stairs leads down to the fully equipped kitchen and dining space with a breakfast bar. The lower floor has a bedroom with twin beds that convert to a super-king, and a second super-king bedroom (convertible to a twin) with sea views and an en-suite rainfall shower.

The sun deck has dining furniture, a charcoal BBQ, a wetsuit hanging area and a heated outdoor shower. Parking for four cars is included, with step access to the decking from both sides of the property and via sliding doors from the dining room.

Best for surfing families wanting sea views and gear-drying space, thanks to the wetsuit hanging area, heated outdoor shower and beach 0.5 miles away. Less good for guests who can't manage stairs, since the layout is spread across three floors with no lift.
