Gwel an Mor

Gwel an Mor is a penthouse at Belyars Croft in St Ives, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening from the living area onto a decked, seaward-facing balcony. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a five-seater sofa. A glass table with six chairs stands in the dining area next to the kitchen, which has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Outside, the balcony has a table and four chairs.

Both bedrooms are at the rear. The king-size room has its own en-suite with an enclosed walk-in shower and a Smart TV, and the twin room has a Smart TV and sits next to the family bathroom, where there is a bath. Bed linen and towels are included, along with fuel and power, and WiFi. Belyars Croft is described as within a seven-minute walk of the harbour, and the shop and pub are 0.3 miles away, the beach 0.4 miles.

Reaching the apartment means two flights of internal stairs, with no lift. Parking is an unallocated space at the rear of the building, and it needs a permit. Building work is continuing at Carrick Lodge, which is reached by vehicle through the shared driveway and parking area at Belyars Croft, and it is expected to run throughout 2026, so expect some daytime noise and site vehicles; the views are not affected.

Children need to be over 8. It suits a couple or a family with older children, and it is less good for younger children and for anyone who cannot manage stairs. No pets and no smoking. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out by 10am.
