Hideaway is a 2-bedroom cottage at Grange Farm, Bossiney, near Tintagel, sleeping 4 across 1 bathroom. The property has a lawned garden, and up to two pets are accepted at a charge of £30 per pet per week. Wi-Fi, parking, dishwasher, and washing machine are all included. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave, a utility room holds a tumble dryer and drying room, and the family bathroom has a double-ended bath and a walk-in shower.

Bossiney Cove Beach is 600 metres away - a tidal cove accessible via a steep path down the cliff, with sea caves and good rock pools at low tide. The access path involves steps. Tregardock Beach is 3.2 miles north - a remote sand beach reachable only on foot at low tide, with no facilities.

Tintagel Castle, managed by English Heritage, is within 2 miles. The castle ruins sit on a headland above the sea and are associated with Arthurian legend, drawing significant visitor numbers from spring through autumn. The village has a number of cafes, gift shops, and a post office. Port Isaac is about 7 miles south along the coast.

Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples wanting a base within walking range of a dramatic Atlantic cove. Less good for anyone who needs a flat beach walk - Bossiney Cove's cliff descent means a car is needed for family beach days. Friday changeover.
