Hollies Cottage

A three-bedroom stone cottage sleeping five near Praa Sands, set in rural west Cornwall with countryside views. The layout has one king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, one twin, and one single. All three bedrooms are upstairs; the ground floor has a separate WC only.

The hot tub sits outside with open countryside views. The garden is enclosed and dog-friendly, with two dogs welcome. Gwithian Towans beach lies 4.3 miles away; St Ives and Marazion are both a short drive for days out.

The cottage is one of three properties on the same site, each with its own hot tub. All three can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 guests for larger family gatherings or group celebrations. The grounds include space for group activities between the properties.

Best for couples or small families who want rural accommodation with outdoor space and a hot tub. Good for dog owners. Suits groups of up to 20 when booked alongside the two adjacent cottages. Not great for guests who can't manage stairs, since all three bedrooms are upstairs, or who need to be within walking distance of shops or a village.

The cottage is a practical base for reaching the far west of Cornwall by car. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are a 20-minute drive south, while St Ives is around a 30-minute drive. The dishwasher and washing machine cover the basics for a self-catering family stay.
