Karn Havos

Karn Havos is an upside-down three-bedroom house for six near Mawgan Porth, a coastal village in a sheltered valley about 5 miles north-east of Newquay. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, and the third has a king-size zip-and-link that can become twins on request.

The upside-down layout puts the bedrooms below the main living area upstairs, where floor-to-ceiling sliding doors frame confirmed sea views towards Bedruthan Steps, the line of sea stacks along the coast path north of the village. Each bedroom has access to one of the house's three bathrooms. A private outdoor hot tub, garden, parking, EV charging, a dishwasher and a washing machine are all included. There is no Wi-Fi.

Bedruthan Steps Beach is 800 metres away, Mawgan Porth beach itself is 1 mile, and Porthcothan Bay is 2 miles. Bedruthan Steps also holds Dark Sky Discovery status, useful for stargazing on clear evenings, and the coast path continues south towards Watergate Bay and Newquay. Up to two dogs can stay.
