Kernowfornia is a four-bedroom dormer bungalow on Greenbank Crescent in Newquay, sleeping eight across a king-size room with Juliet balcony, a twin, a convertible ground-floor double that doubles as a playroom, and a bunk room. Two bathrooms serve the group. Dogs are welcome throughout and off-road parking covers two cars.

The rear garden is well equipped for families - a children's play area with slide and swing, a patio, and a BBQ for the warmer months. A front decked area faces the coast. Inside, the kitchen runs to a dishwasher and washing machine. Changeover is Friday.

Whipsiderry Beach is 0.7km on foot - a long sand cove in a sheltered inlet, reached via steep steps cut into the cliff. Tolcarne Beach is 1.4km and Great Western Beach 1.8km. Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium are both within 2 miles, which gives the group indoor and rain-day options without a long drive.

Best for larger families with young children and at least one dog who want outdoor space, a children's play area, and three beaches within walking distance. Less suited to groups looking for a quiet rural retreat - Greenbank Crescent is a residential street in north Newquay with the town centre and beach activity close by.
