Upstairs - via steep, narrow stairs with a rope handrail - there is a double bedroom and a twin, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over.

Off-road parking is available for one car, and the cottage has a garden. Two dogs are welcome. The property sits in a rural position between Wadebridge's shops and cafes and the north coast beaches. Daymer Bay Beach, a sheltered estuary beach with calm shallow water at the mouth of the Camel, is 3.8 miles away. Greenaway Beach, a quieter cove with rock pools, is 4.2 miles north.

Wadebridge provides the nearest services, including supermarkets and the Camel Trail - a flat, traffic-free cycle path running 6 miles west to Padstow and 6 miles east to Bodmin. Polzeath, one of Cornwall's most popular surf beaches, is 4.5 miles to the northwest. The Royal Cornwall Showground lies just south of Wadebridge.
