This is good for cycling-focused holidays or families who want Camel Estuary access and proximity to Padstow without paying Padstow prices. The estuary views from the garden are a practical trade-off for the 3.7 miles drive to the nearest beach.

Less good for anyone who wants to walk to a beach rather than drive. The nearest coast is a committed cycle rather than a stroll.
