Spring Cottage

Spring Cottage is a nineteenth-century stone cottage in Edmonton for four guests, with countryside views over the Camel Trail area. One double bedroom and a twin with zip-and-link beds - convertible to a double on request - share a single bathroom.

A wood burner anchors the living space. Parking, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, the garden gives outdoor space, and dogs are welcome. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, and a large courtyard sits to the rear of the cottage.

Edmonton is a small hamlet about two miles north of Wadebridge, on the edge of the Camel estuary area with the Camel Trail cycle path close by. St Breock is the nearest town, a mile west of Wadebridge. Daymer Bay is 3.8 miles away, Greenaway Beach is 4.2 miles from the cottage and Polzeath Beach 4.5 miles - all a drive or cycle rather than a walk, making Spring Cottage more of an inland base for coastal day trips.

The single bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a WC.

**Best for:** A family or two couples wanting flexible beds, a wood burner, garden and practical laundry facilities.

**Less good for:** Guests wanting a beach within walking distance, or needing step-free access.
