Landgreek Barn is a five-bedroom barn conversion on the outskirts of Polperro, set up for larger groups with sleeping space for 10. It suits family gatherings, multi-generational holidays or two families travelling together. Dogs are welcome.

Inside, the barn has two bathrooms, a dishwasher and WiFi throughout, along with an accessible ground-floor layout. The conversion keeps the open feel of the original structure while adding modern comforts, with the main living space giving enough room for the full group to eat and relax together. Prices start from GBP1,195 per week.

Outside, the property has a large garden and private parking, with space around the building for children and dogs to use. The setting is more rural than central Polperro itself - quieter, with room to spread out in a way the village properties cannot match.

Polperro sits close by with its working harbour, narrow lanes, pubs, fish restaurants and galleries. The South West Coast Path runs through the village, heading east to Talland Bay and Looe (4 miles) and west to Lansallos. Fowey, via the Bodinnick ferry, and the Eden Project are within easy driving distance for day trips.

Best for large family groups or two families travelling together who need space, garden room and vehicle parking. Less good for couples or small groups - the barn is sized for 10 and feels oversized with fewer people.
