Inside, the living room runs the full width of the front elevation, with the bay windows pulling in the harbour view. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms give groups of up to eight a manageable split, with the kitchen and dining area large enough for family meals. The house keeps good proportions throughout rather than squeezing eight people into inadequate space.

Two terraces sit outside - one to the side, one to the front - both with the harbour in view. Private parking sits with the house. The South West Coast Path runs directly past the property, with cliff walks running east towards Looe and west towards Polruan and Fowey via the Bodinnick ferry. Polperro village centre and its harbour restaurants are about two minutes' walk downhill.

Best for families or groups of up to eight who want a working harbour village, reliable sea views, and coast path access from the front door. Less good for guests who need the beach immediately outside - Talland Bay and Polperro Cove are both reachable, but neither is directly at the property.
