St Ives is arguably the most visited town in Cornwall, and this property puts you at the centre of it. Porthminster Beach, consistently rated among the best in Cornwall for calm waters and sand, is 100 metres on foot. Porthmeor - the town's north-facing surf beach - is 400 metres. The Tate St Ives gallery sits within 120 metres. Restaurants, fish-and-chip shops and the harbour front are all a short walk from the door.

The St Ives train station, at the end of the scenic branch line from St Erth, is 500m away - giving access to the wider county without needing a car. Parking is available nearby.
