Lighthouse Cottage is a single-storey, three-bedroom property at Starlight Barn in St Erme, near Truro, sleeping five. The cottage sits in a rural setting roughly midway between Truro and Newquay, with Perranporth Beach 6.7 miles to the north-west.

The layout is entirely on one level. One double bedroom has an en-suite basin and WC. A second double and a single bedroom share a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, with an electric fire. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. A Freeview TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi are provided. One dog is welcome.

A private rear terrace has gravel surfacing and outdoor furniture. Private parking for one car is at the front. Further gardens are shared with other properties on site.

Perranporth Beach - 3 miles of golden sand with The Watering Hole pub built directly on the beach - is the nearest coast at 6.7 miles. Truro, Cornwall's only city, is roughly 5 miles south-east, with its cathedral, Pannier Market, and independent shops along Lemon Street. The central Cornwall location puts both the north coast surf beaches and the south coast harbours within a short drive.
