The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A woodburning stove warms the sitting area - logs are provided on arrival, with extra loads at £5 each.

Outside, communal landscaped gardens include a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ. Bike storage is available on request. The nearest shop is a 12-minute walk; the closest pub is 1 mile. Talland Bay - a dog-friendly cove with calm water and 2 beach cafes - is 2.5 miles away. Lekerock Cove Beach, a remote rocky cove on the coast path, is 2.7 miles.

The South West Coast Path connects Looe to Polperro through this stretch, and Looe's working harbour with its fishing boats and independent restaurants is a short drive east. Care is needed with children in the grounds, as there are open ponds on the farm.

Suits families and dog owners who want countryside between Looe and Polperro, with 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Less good for beach days on foot: Talland Bay is 2.5 miles away.
