Castle Beach and Gyllyngvase in Falmouth are both 10km away, giving the property a mid-Cornwall position convenient for either coast.

Truro city centre - with its cathedral, shops, and train connections to London Paddington - is about 20 minutes by road. The Royal Cornwall Museum is there for wet-weather days.
