Sea-view cottage above Port Quin with wood burner and open fire

Little Seawynds is a detached 3-bedroom cottage in the village of Trelights, a short walk from Port Isaac on Cornwall's north coast. The property sleeps 6, welcomes dogs, and has open sea views across to Port Quin from the rear garden and conservatory.

Inside, the ground floor includes a conservatory overlooking the garden and sea, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and open fire, and a kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher. A dining area seats 8. Two of the three king-size bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms; the third is served by a family bathroom. A seating area on the first-floor landing adds extra space for a group of 6. The property has Wi-Fi and a BBQ.

Outside, a large rear garden and patio face the sea, with parking for 4 cars. Port Gaverne Beach - a sheltered cove with rock pools and calm water suited to kayaking and paddleboarding - is about 1.2 miles away. Polzeath Beach, a popular surf beach with lifeguard cover, is around 3.4 miles to the south-west.

Port Isaac itself is a short downhill walk from Trelights. Nathan Outlaw's Michelin-starred restaurant, fresh seafood from the harbour, and the coast path to Port Quin (roughly 2 miles west along the cliffs) are all within reach.

**Best for:** Groups of 6 wanting sea views, dog-friendly space, and direct access to both calmer coves and surf beaches on the north Cornwall coast.

**Less good for:** Guests who need a washing machine on site - Little Seawynds does not have one.
