Long Cottage

Long Cottage is a four-bedroom property in Trelights for eight guests, a mile inland from Port Isaac's harbour. The bedrooms comprise one king-size, one double, one twin and one bunk room, offering several sleeping styles for a family or group of friends, with two bathrooms serving the four rooms.

The enclosed garden has a countryside outlook and clear night skies away from coastal light. A barbecue sits in the garden, and WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included inside. One dog can stay. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite bath and separate shower, and the other bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. A conservatory adjoins the lounge.

Trelights itself has no pub or shop, but Port Isaac's harbour, restaurants and Nathan Outlaw's Michelin-starred kitchen are a short walk or drive away. Port Gaverne Beach is 1.7 miles from the cottage, Polzeath Beach is 3.1 miles and Daymer Bay Beach 3.5 miles. Rock and Polzeath village are both about 3.1 miles south-west, and Wadebridge is 7 miles south for supermarkets.

**Best for:** Families or friends wanting varied beds, an enclosed garden, laundry, parking and easy access to Port Isaac's harbour.

**Less good for:** Groups needing one bathroom per bedroom or verified step-free access.
