Lookout Terrace, Hidden St Ives

Lookout Terrace, an apartment in St Ives, has two outdoor spaces. Glass doors in the open-plan living room slide open to a furnished terrace with a private hot tub, and the twin bedroom has a balcony of its own. The hot tub terrace looks across St Ives Bay, and the wider development has a lounge with a communal hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and foot spa.

The king-size bedroom is on the ground floor with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. The twin can be made up as a super-king-size on request, and a separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with underfloor heating and a Smart TV, and the kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. A travel cot and highchair are available if requested in advance. The concierge team handles extra services, e-bikes can be hired for a daily fee, and a complimentary chauffeur runs within two miles from 7am to 9pm once you have checked in.

Off-road parking is provided, two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the beach 0.3 miles and the pub 0.6 miles. Over Christmas and New Year week, stays need to be at least three nights. It suits couples, or two pairs of friends who want a private soak and a balcony off the twin room.
