Louies Loft is a first-floor apartment in St Ives with direct views over Porthmeor Beach from a 5-metre balcony. The property sits 200 metres from the sand, within a modern development that has its own access path to the beach (weather-dependent).

Two bedrooms accommodate four guests: a king-size double with Smart TV, and a bunk room. A Jack-and-Jill shower room with walk-in shower connects the two. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with a 55-inch Smart TV. The kitchen has a double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A communal laundry room in the building provides washing machine access. Gas central heating and WiFi are included.

There is no private parking. The apartment sits within the town centre, so everything is on foot from here.

Porthmeor Beach, the Atlantic-facing surf beach below Tate St Ives, is 200 metres away - lifeguarded in season with surf hire and lessons available. Porthgwidden Beach, a smaller sheltered cove with calm water and a beachside cafe, lies 300 metres in the other direction. St Ives harbour, the Tate gallery, and the narrow lanes of the old fishing quarter are all within a 5-minute walk. The town has four beaches in total, each with a different character.
