Pendower Beach on the Roseland is 6.6 miles south, a long sandy beach on a sheltered south-facing bay. Perranporth on the north coast - a wide surf beach - is 7 miles. The central location means neither coast requires a long drive.

Best for couples wanting a city base with countryside nearby and both coasts within easy reach. Right for guests who need or prefer a ground-floor property. Not great for guests wanting beach-front accommodation or a remote rural setting. Saturday changeover.
