Mill House is a four-bedroom barn conversion at Boskensoe Barns in Mawnan Smith, a rural hamlet south of Falmouth between the Helford and the sea. The cottage sleeps eight with four bathrooms and an accessible ground floor, making it one of the more practical options in the area for mixed groups with varying mobility needs.

Maenporth Beach is 2.1km - a sheltered south-facing sand beach with a cafe and easy parking, calmer than the exposed Atlantic-facing options. Mawnan Smith village itself has a pub and post office; the sailing clubs and waterfront cafes of Falmouth are a 15-minute drive north.
