The cottage sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom - a practical layout that works well for two families or a mixed-age group. The wheelchair-accessible design runs throughout, with no steps from car park to front door and level thresholds in every room.

Inside, a wood burner and open fire give the cabin a proper warmth in shoulder seasons. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and parking are both included. No dogs allowed. Saturday changeover means a full week runs Saturday to Saturday.

The Roseland is the closest stretch of coast, about 6.2 miles south. Castle Beach in Falmouth and St Mawes are both roughly 6.2 miles, and Pendower Beach on the south-facing shore is 6.3 miles. Truro city centre - with its cathedral and indoor market - is around 3.1 miles north, making this a genuinely central mid-Cornwall base.
