Ocean View is a two-bedroom cottage in St Ives on the Belyars Lane side of town, sleeping four across two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The cottage has sea views, a private garden, and dogs are welcome. Porthminster Beach is 400m down the hill - a wide, sheltered, south-facing arc of sand with a cafe and lifeguard cover through the summer season.

Inside, the cottage has Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and off-road parking. EV charging is available. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are included in the compact two-storey layout, and the sea views are a genuine feature here rather than a frontmatter claim.

St Ives Harbour Beach is 600m away, and Porthmeor Beach - the surf beach on the north side of the Spit - is 900m. The Tate St Ives, which sits directly above Porthmeor, is within a 15-minute walk. St Ives has more galleries per square mile than most English towns; the Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden is a five-minute walk from the cottage.

Best for couples or small families with a dog wanting sea views and easy walking access to three different beaches. Less good for groups needing more than four beds or those relying solely on public transport.
