Grand steps lead up to the door of this traditional half-stone cottage. The ground-floor kitchen/diner is big enough for groups or families to cook and eat together, with an Aga-style double oven and hob, breakfast bar stools and floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the decking with sea views. The dining table sits beside a wood burner in its stone enclave, and a separate family room has its own wood burner alongside a Smart TV lounge with Blu-ray player. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the super-king-size bedroom has a Smart TV, sea views and an en-suite with a free-standing bath and shower; the king-size bedroom has sea views and an en-suite rainfall shower; and the third bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that converts to twins, sharing an en-suite shower room with a twin room reached by steps, which also has sea views.

Enjoy Cornwall views from the outdoor decked and gravelled area, reached via the kitchen’s double doors. Dine alfresco at the ten-seater wooden table, taking in views of the harbour, Mounts Bay and the Lizard. A sea-view hot tub completes the outdoor space.
