The wooden balcony runs the width of the rear of the house and has inbuilt bar seating - a practical feature for a group after a day at the beach. Polzeath Beach is 700 metres - a broad north-facing surf beach with a consistent Atlantic swell, popular with families and learner surfers throughout summer. Greenaway Beach is 900 metres, and Daymer Bay is 1.3km - sheltered behind the headland and better for young children. Rock village, with St Enodoc Hotel and a cluster of restaurants, is a 10-minute drive around the Camel Estuary. The property is listed with both Cornwall Hideaways and Rural Retreats.

Best for families or friend groups wanting a well-equipped base with easy access to Polzeath's surf beach. Less good for dog owners, or anyone prioritising sea views from the property itself.
