A large family or group house in one of the Lizard's few remaining working fishing villages, 300m from the mixed sand and shingle beach at the foot of the village. The North Corner address puts it in the quieter, older part of Coverack away from the car park.

The enclosed garden has a BBQ for summer evenings. Coverack Beach is a 4-minute walk down to the harbour. Porthoustock Beach is 4.2km north for quieter swimming away from the village. Cadgwith Cove - a traditional fishing cove with two pubs - is 7km along the coast. The South West Coast Path gives direct access to the eastern Lizard without driving, with some of the most undeveloped cliff sections in Cornwall.

Best for large families or two-family groups wanting a self-contained base in an actual Cornish fishing village. Less good for anyone needing easy access to major towns - Helston is 11 miles and the single-track lanes demand patience in high season.
