A position a short walk from the beach and the Ferryboat Inn sets it apart from the properties set back further up the hill. Prices start from GBP 473 per week, with Friday changeovers.

Inside, a recent refurbishment has redecorated the apartment in a seaside theme, retaining step-free access throughout. The layout covers two bedrooms and one bathroom, with wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and accessibility features throughout.

Outside, guests share the courtyard's heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 1 May until the end of September. Kayak and paddleboard hire operates from the beach itself. Parking is on site. The Ferryboat Inn, specialising in seafood and running regular music and quiz nights, is a short walk away. The seasonal foot ferry to Helford village runs from nearby, and the South West Coast Path connects through Mawnan Smith towards Falmouth's beaches. Trebah Garden, a 26-acre ravine garden with its own beach on the Helford River, is about half a mile away.

**Best for:** couples after a quiet waterside base with pool access and direct river and coastal path access from the door. **Less good for:** families with young children (sleeps only 2), anyone wanting sea views from the apartment itself, or autumn and winter breaks when the pool is closed.
