Poldam

Poldam is a house in St Austell with room for six, four cars and two pets. Off-road parking takes four cars, and the enclosed garden has a patio, a lawn, furniture and a private hot tub. The shop is 0.6 miles away and the pub 0.8 miles.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The other two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over completes the set, with a cloakroom as well. There is a kitchen/diner and a separate sitting room with a TV and a selection of books.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi and gas central heating are included, and so are fuel, power, bed linen and towels. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. An EV charger can be arranged on request, for an additional charge paid on arrival.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. The owners live locally and can often offer a dog-sitting service while guests go out to dinner, subject to availability and prior arrangement. Smoking is not allowed. From St Austell, Mevagissey is 6 miles away and Fowey 8 miles. The house suits families and friends, especially those bringing dogs, and the cot and high chair help with small children.
