Porthcothan

Porthcothan is a four-bedroom rural cottage for eight near St Mawgan and Mawgan Porth. Two super-king zip-and-links can become twins, while two twin zip-and-links can become super-kings. Two bathrooms serve the group. The flexible setup works for families or friends, provided arrangements are requested in advance.

The grounds include a fishing lake and footpaths leading towards the South West Coast Path. Children and dogs need supervision around the water, and guests should ask the owners about fishing rules and safety arrangements before booking. WiFi, parking, a BBQ, washing machine and garden are included, and up to two dogs can stay.

Mawgan Porth Beach is 1.1 miles away, Bedruthan Steps Beach is 2 miles away and Watergate Bay is 2.1 miles away. All three are a short drive from the cottage by road.

The merchant describes widened doorframes, a sloped path to the house and two ground-floor bedrooms, one with an en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower.
