Puffin Cottage

Puffin Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion above the North Cornwall coast, in Tintagel, with sea views and quick access to the coast path. The beach is 0.2 miles away, and the shop and pub are 0.8 miles. Tintagel village has independent shops, pubs and Tintagel Castle.

The ground floor holds the kitchen, a living and dining room with a woodburning stove, a bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a king bedroom. The twin bedroom is upstairs under the beams. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and the living room has a TV, a Bluetooth speaker and a games console. WiFi is included.

Outside is a front garden with lawn and a patio, and parking for two cars off the road. A bus stop opposite the cottage gives access to Boscastle. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a basic starter pack for the stove is provided in winter. Towels should not be taken to the beach, as damage is charged for.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Bookings begin and end on a Monday or a Friday. With the king bedroom downstairs and the twin up a flight of stairs, it suits a couple with friends or a small family, and is less good for anyone wanting both bedrooms on one level.
