Riverside is a two-bedroom apartment directly above the Ferryboat Inn at Helford Passage, sleeping two. The property has views over the Helford River from its terrace and is well placed for couples or smaller families.

Inside, the two bedrooms share one bathroom, and the open lounge-diner connects to a contemporary kitchen. Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine are provided. Parking is available on-site.

Outside, the terrace looks out across the river. The building sits directly above the pub, so the Ferryboat Inn is only a few steps away for seafood, music, and quiz nights. A heated outdoor swimming pool is available to guests from 1 May to the end of September, and kayaks and paddleboards can be hired from the beach below. Note: the balcony has a small wall with railings above, so guests with toddlers should supervise closely.

Helford Passage Beach sits directly below the apartment, with Ponsence Cove 1.6 kilometres along the coast path and Porth Saxon Beach 1.7 kilometres away. The foot passenger ferry crosses the river to Helford village, with access to Frenchman's Creek and the Shipwrights Arms on the south bank.

The South West Coast Path runs along both sides of the river for walks, and Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens lie a short drive away with woodland paths down to private beaches. Falmouth is about 25 minutes by car.
