Rosevale Villa

Rosevale Villa is a detached house in St Ives, arranged over two floors and sleeping eight. The shop is 0.1 mile away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.2 miles. The ground floor holds a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, a kitchen/diner, a utility room and a cloakroom.

There are four bedrooms. One super-king-size has a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower with basin and WC. A second super-king-size is made up of zip-and-link beds and can be set as a twin on request. The double has its own en-suite walk-in shower, and the fourth room is a bunk bedroom. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the rest.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a Nespresso machine. WiFi, central heating, fuel, power, a starter pack for the stove, bed linen and towels are all included. The enclosed front garden has a patio, lawn and furniture. Parking is a designated space for one car, and the key fob for it carries a charge if lost. Two well-behaved pets are welcome for a supplement per dog, and smoking is not allowed.

The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends who want the town on the doorstep, and St Ives train station is within walking distance. It is less good for a party arriving in several cars, with one parking space and two floors to manage.
