The open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area opens through bi-folding doors onto a terrace with the sea view. Four bedrooms sleep eight; Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine are included. There is an outside shower - useful after sandy beach days or a post-surf rinse. Dogs are welcome. The cottage meets accessible criteria, making it one of the few sea-view options in Polzeath with step-free ground floor access.

Greenaway Beach is 700m; Daymer Bay 1.2km - both quieter than Polzeath's main surf beach. Rock village, with the ferry crossing to Padstow on the Camel Estuary, is around three miles along the South West Coast Path. The Cracking Crab in Polzeath village serves locally caught seafood.

Best for families with children who want to walk to the beach and back without getting in the car, particularly those needing an accessible ground floor. The outside shower is a practical feature for multi-day beach stays. Less suited to guests wanting a remote or quiet setting - Polzeath is a lively surf village in July and August, and the road above the beach gets busy at peak times.
