Sennen St Ives

Sennen St Ives is a ground-floor apartment for four, set within sub-tropical gardens near Carbis Bay. One bedroom has a king bed; the other holds narrow 2ft 6in twins that can be joined into a king on request. One bathroom serves the whole group, a shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower. The apartment is in Castle Village on the Tregenna Castle Resort.

Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and a private garden area are all part of the setup. Cooking and laundry equipment includes an electric oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave and a washer/dryer. The main bedroom has a Smart TV, and the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has another. Dogs are not accepted. Being ground-floor doesn't guarantee step-free access, so guests with mobility needs should ask the owners about steps at the entrance and inside before booking.

A walkway through the gardens leads down towards the beach, and the South West Coast Path runs close by. Carbis Bay and Porthminster Beach are each 0.6 miles away, with St Ives Harbour Beach a further 0.7 miles.

**Best for:** a small family wanting a garden walkway and several beaches within 0.7 miles of Carbis Bay.

**Less good for:** guests needing more than one bathroom, or confirmed step-free access.
