Shoreline Studio No.7

Shoreline Studio No. 7 is a third-storey studio in Newquay, one of the Shore Apartments group. Access is by three flights of stairs, and the owners note it is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.

The studio-style living space holds a double bed with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and it sleeps two. A kettle is the only cooking item listed; tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There is a Smart TV and WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available.

Guests share a garden with furniture and can sit at the front seating area. There is no dedicated parking: nearby car parks and roadside spaces work on a first-come, first-served basis. A shop and pub are 0.3 miles away, and the river and beach 0.5 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

One double bed and the stairs make this a studio that suits a couple happy to carry bags up three flights; it is less good for anyone who finds stairs difficult. Local sights include the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Harbour and the South West Coast Path, and the Shore Apartments group sits near the beach and the River Gannel, with Towan Beach and Great Western Beach both named as places to explore.
