The apartment was recently refurbished and takes a contemporary approach: log-burning fire, a balcony with bistro seating, and clean finishes throughout. Parking, wifi, washing machine, and a garden are included. The site’s heated outdoor pool is open May to September - an unusual addition for a 2-person property in this part of Cornwall.

Kayak and paddleboard hire operate from the site itself, so there is no need to drive elsewhere for water activities. Helford Passage beach is tidal and sandy, good for calm-water swimming. Ponsence Cove is 1.7km along the coastal path for a quieter alternative.

The passenger ferry to Helford village across the estuary runs in season, giving access to the quieter south bank of the river, where narrow lanes and creeks push inland. Falmouth is roughly 10km to the east.

Ideal for couples or a couple with one child who want a waterside stay with genuine riverside access and water activities on the doorstep. Not great for larger groups - the apartment sleeps 2 comfortably, and the second room is cabin-only. Saturday changeover, no pets.
