This spacious, well-equipped and comfortable holiday apartment is one of three beautiful apartments in this recently renovated property located in the heart of St Ives. Being central, you will benefit from close proximity to all the gorgeous beaches, local shops, bars and all amenities, but please be aware that this also means that it can get quite busy and noisy at peak times of year. The apartment has double glazing throughout but at certain times earplugs may be required by light sleepers. Close to home, you can visit Porthmeor Beach, take a look around Tate St Ives, visit the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth, or make the most of your surroundings by strolling along the South West Coast Path. The iconic Minack Theatre is 18 miles away and the fishing port of Newlyn (10 miles) is well worth your time. Porthcurno, Land’s End, and St Michael’s Mount are all within 20 miles.

To reach this bright and spacious apartment, head through the shared entrance hall and up the staircase to the second floor, where you will find yourself in a modern and welcoming home from home. The property is beautifully presented with a stylish and calming interior, and the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a wonderful social space to relax with family and friends.
