The open-plan lounge and kitchen-diner on the first floor connects to a first-floor veranda with outdoor seating and woodland views. The kitchen runs to oven, gas hob, small fridge-freezer, and microwave. The bedroom below has a TV and DVD player and an en-suite shower room with WC. A washing machine is on site.

Carlyon Bay is 4.1km - a broad sandy beach with watersports hire. Charlestown, with its intact Georgian harbour and tall ships, is 4.9km. Par Sands is within 3 miles and is dog-friendly year-round. Secure bike storage is available underneath the barn. The Saints Way Pilgrim Trail passes nearby - a 30-mile route from Padstow to Fowey. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive south at Mevagissey, and the South West Coast Path at St Blazey is accessible by car in under 10 minutes.
