The Annexe at The Old Mill is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment in a converted Cornish mill near Camborne, in the hamlet of Reskadinnick. It sleeps four, with a super-king bed in the main room and a sofa bed for up to two children in the lounge.

The kitchenette has a combination microwave, ceramic hob, air fryer and crock pot, though there is no full oven. A washing machine sits in the garden shed, and the bedroom has a super-king bed, wardrobe and safe. A private, fenced garden comes with a charcoal barbecue and garden sofa set. Entry is via a private, keypad-locked door, with parking to the rear.

The apartment sits 1.2 miles from the A30 in the Red River Valley, surrounded by foot and bridle paths, and close to the South West Coast Path and Tehidy Country Park. Portreath Beach is 2.4 miles away, with Godrevy Beach and Gwithian Towans both 3.7 miles further on. Carbis Bay is around 11 miles, and St Michael's Mount about 12.

Best for a couple or small family wanting a rural, self-catering base with a private garden and barbecue. Less good for anyone wanting to walk to the sea directly, since the beaches are a short drive rather than a walk.
