The Boats is a second-floor two-bedroom apartment on The Terrace in St Ives, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A seaward-facing balcony faces toward the coast, and underground parking is included - a significant practical advantage in a town where street parking is severely restricted, especially in summer. A washer/dryer is included, though no dogs are accepted.

Porthminster Beach is 300m from the apartment - a south-facing sandy beach at the foot of the railway station, with a beach cafe and calm water suited to families. St Ives Harbour Beach is 500m, and Porthmeor Beach, the town's surf-facing Atlantic strand, is 800m to the north. All three are within a ten-minute walk.

St Ives town centre is on the doorstep, with a range of galleries, restaurants, and independent shops. The Tate St Ives gallery is adjacent to Porthmeor Beach. The town's narrow streets and limited parking make the underground parking here genuinely useful for day trips further along the coast. Dishwasher and Wi-Fi provided. Saturday changeover.
